Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using What's Around Town (the "Service"), operated by US Guest Services, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

What's Around Town is a local business directory and advertising platform that connects businesses with hotel guests and tourists through:

  • Online business directories
  • Printed handout maps
  • Front desk guest books
  • QR code integration
  • Digital and print advertising services

Account Registration

Account Creation

To list your business or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Business Listings and Advertising

Listing Requirements

When submitting a business listing or advertisement, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You have the legal right to represent the business
  • You own or have permission to use all submitted content (text, images, logos)
  • Your listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights

Prohibited Content

You may not submit content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or deceptive
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains illegal, obscene, or offensive material
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Contains malware or harmful code
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

Payment Terms

Advertising Fees

Advertising rates are as follows:

  • Full Page: $995 per year
  • Half Page: $895 per year
  • Quarter Page: $795 per year

Prices are subject to change with notice.

Refund Policy

Annual advertising fees are non-refundable once your ad has been designed and published. If you cancel before publication, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by US Guest Services, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Trademarks

"What's Around Town" and related logos are trademarks of US Guest Services, LLC. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers

Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results from advertising with us. ROI examples provided are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of performance.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, US GUEST SERVICES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
