Wyndham Grand Jupiter At Harbourside Place

Amazing hotel.. a perfect 10 in everything.. food, shops, location, beautiful views, great atmosphere, All hotel services from hotel maids to rhe people that deliver food or whatever you need to your room to the Valet and the front desk to the pool area people everyone in Wyndham was great, a truly wonderful stay.. i am staying 5 days for those who stood more i know you loved it cause im gonna miss everything this hotel has to offer within and around it.. if in the area this is a must try must stay hotel with absolutely great location and fine foods all around you and many things to see and do near you not to far and miles away but yet all within range. Your gonna love it!

I have stayed at Wyndham Grand Jupiter many times in the past 18 mos for work. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Carlene Garver, has been courteous, professional and welcoming. From the valet to the front desk to room service couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Had the best burger! I will definitely be back. Merry Christmas Grand Jupiter and thank you!

My decision to stay here was intended to be a special treat, as it is significantly more expensive than other nearby, popular chain hotels. It has been several years since I've visited the Jupiter Harbourside area, and a lot has changed. Many of the shops are vacant, and the vibe was quite chill; I was there during the week, so maybe weekends are more lively. It's nice that street parking is free, and the multi-level garages are convenient. I opted for self parking at the garage directly across from the hotel. Be sure to ask to have your room key tied to the garage for ease of payment (daily rate charged to your room) and the you can use your room key to badge in and out of the garage. Check in at the hotel was friendly (shout out to Aziz), and my upgrade selection was honored. The room was huge and nicely decorated; great view of the waterfront, 2 balconies, and large windows. The bed was super comfortable. However, there were a few issues that took away from my experience at this hotel. The locks for the balcony door were broken, so if this room has been in a different area, I would have been concerned about security. Housekeeping was very tight with the bathroom amenities; at over $500/night, I would expect fresh supplies of mouthwash, hand lotion, etc daily. And while a very small bottle of mouthwash was provided at check in, but had obviously been opened and used by prior guests (gross!). The sitting room lighting was also very minimal, with no lighting at the dining area which made it very uninviting and a poor work area. The coffee lounge in the main lobby was convenient and I enjoyed my specialty coffee. There are many restaurants at the Harbourside shops; I really enjoyed offerings from the Calaveras Cantina and Subculture Coffee. Would I stay at the Wyndam Grand Jupiter again; I'm not sure. For the price difference and experience, I'd likely stay elsewhere if I was a solo traveler.
