Super 8 by Wyndham Youngstown/Austintown

This is a slightly older motel, located at a great location for restaurants, gas stations, and highway access. It's not fancy, but it was a great price. The room was clean; the TV, microwave, and refrigerator working well. One negative for anyone with mobility issues... the room is a little small to maneuver with a Walker, and the bed is high. The ground floor is actually down 4 carpeted steps (strong railings on both sides, though.) BUT, Ria and Nina each helped me by carrying my stuff down and back up the steps and my walker. I only had to haul myself down, then back up the stairs. Nina even helped pack everything into my car including the walker. They're good people here.

Lovely family owned place with the convenience of being right off the highway. Throughout our stay, management was very nice and continually checked to see if our needs were met. All necessary amenities were provided, including a small breakfast. As well, the beds were very comfortable. For the price, you can't go wrong.

The owner and staff at this location went above and beyond for me during my stay at this location. 5 stars are not enough to give them. They were sympathetic to my needs and helped to make my trip home to see my family even better. I will stay at this hotel if I am in need of a room when coming back to Ohio. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Youngstown area.
