Sleep Inn & Suites Middletown - Goshen

I wish I could give this hotel 100 stars. We had a very large event and booked over 70 rooms, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. Everyone at the hotel—from Inez, Corina, Andre, Marie, Ms. Claude, Andrea and the entire staff—was extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. With such a large group, there were a lot of moving parts, and even when things got extremely busy, they always kept a smile on their faces and continued to treat everyone with kindness and patience. The staff truly went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and made all of our guests feel welcome. We are extremely grateful for the hospitality and amazing service we received. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone planning a large event or group stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so wonderful!

We stayed overnight for a family vacation at Legoland. I spent 2 days researching the best hotel to stay at within our budget. The Sleep Inn checked all the boxes! I was very happy with our stay here. It was affordable and very nice! Clean and friendly, everything in working order. Nice indoor pool, fitness gym, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Great breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again next time!

This was a mixed experience. There were limited staff which made it hard to make requests for our room. The hotel is somewhat aged as well. The staff was unable to keep up with the amount of water 💧 coming 🙄 from the pool. We had to get the room vacuumed as I had been walking on crumbs from previous guests. They did accommodate us with that. They had a hard time accommodating us on the extra towels though. The best amenity of this hotel 🏨 was the breakfast. You will see in the pictures 2 waffle 🧇 makers and and the pancake maker. Wow! Coffee ☕️ area was great. Everyday was good eggs, potatoes 🥔 and meat. Thanks for the stay. They need more staff.
