I must share the experience of staying at Marriott Pittsburgh North in Cranberry PA. Everything about our experience has been beyond our expectations. The staff is like no other helping us with everything, always asking are they doing enough. The property is beautiful and offers all any guest could look for in an hotel. I have stayed at many, many Marriott properties for several years through work but this trip was different. I needed help with a personal issue and did not know what to do because I had to extend my stay or move to another property because this hotel was completely booked. I went to hotel desk and spoke with Rhonda who completely took over to help me with the situation I was facing. She went so far above and beyond there are no words of thanks. The situation was so serious and very upsetting. Thank you Marriott for the wonderful staff and especially for Rhonda and her expertise. She is Golden! She is so kind and caring and made a very hard situation wonderful! The entire staff is fabulous at this location. Their caring is beyond any Marriott I have ever stayed in! I have stayed up to your designer hotels as well. I will always be so very grateful for Rhonda and this staff for the miracle they provided. Thank you.

Awesome staff, clean and very updated rooms - almost felt new. Just be prepared to strategically pick your parking: if you want close to the tower with rooms there is very little lighting at night. It didn't bother me, but I wouldn't want the females in my life to park there at night. If you park by the lobby, bring your walking shoes. The lobby is a long walk to the room elevators and depending where your room is, could be an even longer walk. Restaurant/Bar looked good. I did use the lounge which was a typical Marriott Platinum perk- it was nice as well.

Service was great, friendly and helpful. I did feel that the elevators were a far walk from the lobby. Not terrible, just be mindful if you have a lot of belongings. Oh and the lobby smells lovely. I presume they pipe some sort of scent into the atmosphere. It was very nice. The rooms were clean and spacious and in my room (king size bed) there was a very nice e work station. My only complaint (if you call it that) is the coffee and lack thereof. So they do have a Starbucks in the lobby but when you are like me and wake up early, I like to have my coffee right away (5 AM). My option was the in room coffee maker. And they did have a variety of tea options but the coffee... not very good. I would suggest a Keurig-like device in the room. Or, bring your own single serve maker which I have been known to do many times. Overall, a great hotel, I would definitely stay there again! I highly recommend it.
