Lulu Kitchen is delightful. I wish that I had taken more pictures of my food, but the meal was too good thar I forgot. The citrus beet salad and the blue claw crab cab were very tasty appetizers; and that is saying something because I have roots in Maryland. Marylanders take crabs and crab cakes very seriously. Main entries included low country shrimp and grits, and Waygu ravioli with lobster sauce (aka surf and turf ravioli). Both were tasty too. Dessert is where I forgot the photo because it was a chocolate souffle (really good) and a fresh key lime pie. They also served a fresh and refreshing strawberry rose sangria. Amazing. Service and atmosphere were great for the late lunch/early dinner.

Highly recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a nice dinner in Hilton Head! The staff were incredibly nice and friendly and gave great recommendations from the menu. All of the food we tried was amazing, we ended up sharing a few starters (lobster mac n cheese, crab cake, and the lulu chips) and they were all delicious. Also definitely start with the house butter bread if they still have some left! But the best thing we tried was the chocolate souffle. It was (no exaggeration) one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Overall amazing experience and would absolutely come again!

NOT a 4.4- 5⭐️Should be Michelin rated. Beautiful decor, quiet atmosphere and the most creative/delicious menu on the island. Shortrib Gorgonzola house-made potato chips? Wow! Seafood salad loaded with huge chunks of lobster meat, shrimp & sea scallops? Entree-size! Halibut filet was thick, yet flaky with perfect sear balanced with lightweight polenta & sautéed spinach. Brown sugar salmon had my 15-yo racing that it was the best she’s ever had, while the 17-yo raved about the worscestershire-based brown gravy lightening up traditionally cream-heavy shrimp & grits. How did I forget the Lobster mac n’cheese ? Wow- whoever scored this low restaurant needs a reality check! Only have a pic of moose tracks pie because everthey tasted so good there wasn’t anything to photo!
