Second time staying here. Both times have been great. Friendly and attentive service. The free breakfast is one of the best I've had at this type of hotel - fresh cut fruit, plenty of options and always stocked full. The crew worked non-stop to clean off tables and empty trash. The room was very clean. Will stay here every time I'm in Blacksburg.

Great customer service!! From the moment we checked in, to our departure, we had an excellent experience. Milan and Sarah provided excellent front desk service. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. If you visit the bar, remember to ask Milan for one of her famous cucumber margaritas. She is a true mixologist!!

I have no complaints. Service was great. I missed breakfast one morning by a few minutes and one of the workers brought me a bowl of fruit and yogurt. That was very sweet of her and above and beyond service wise.
