Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head

After driving 10 hours my family and I arrived at the hotel and were immediately greeted by the most cordial and competent front desk staff, Sierra. Sierra was most helpful in directing me to the best restaurants and shopping centers to prepare me for my nest days meeting. I enjoyed meeting Sheila who was very passionate about her meals and customer satisfaction. The bartender Deidra (sp) knew exactly what wine would be best to help me wind down from my long trip and not feel to overwhelmed by the next day. I must say that there should be a sense of pride in the staff chosen, because even the housekeeper remembered the possible need for fresh towels in my room due to my twins traveling with me and offered to refresh and refill room necessities. My only disappointment was not knowing prior to booking through another party that the hotel breakfast was not comped. I was very pleased with my stay and plan to return for a personal vacation again soon. Keep up the greatness.

Chef / server Mike is a special talent. He cares about food and has great skill. He takes good care of guests and is a humble leader. Keep him before he goes somewhere to start a renowned restaurant or other venture! Everyone at the front desk and housekeeping was great too, but Mike was a real blessing.

Stayed one night, I was greeted by a less than lively guy at the front desk, he was friendly enough just would hv been nice to see a smiling face as I was hving a bad day. I got confused as to where my room was and a very nice guy helped me find it. The room was very clean but did hv a musty smell. They are doing work on the building so there was some noise. This location does advertise that they have a bar but it’s not a bar it’s a counter with some wine n such. It also stated there was a restaurant but I didn’t see one on site perhaps it was a different Hilton garden inn that has the bar and restaurant? It was however very close to a magnificent Greek place called Olive and fig. Over all this hotel was clean, bed was comfy and location was good.
