Hampton Inn Fishkill

We had such a wonderful experience during our stay, and a huge part of that was because of Hudson at the front desk. He truly went above and beyond for our family. We were completely frantic after realizing we had forgotten to print my daughter’s dance competition number, and Hudson stepped in immediately with kindness, patience, and such a calm, welcoming attitude. He helped us get everything printed quickly and reassured us the entire time, which meant more than he probably realizes. What stood out even more was how genuinely kind he was to my children. Traveling and dance competitions can be stressful, and his warm personality made all of us feel comfortable and cared for from the moment we arrived. He treated us with so much respect and compassion, and those small moments of kindness go such a long way for families. Hudson made us feel more like welcomed guests than just another room number. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help with anything we needed truly made our stay memorable. Employees like Hudson are rare, and your hotel is very lucky to have someone who cares so deeply about guest experience. Thank you, Hudson, for turning a stressful moment into such a positive one and for helping make our stay so enjoyable!

Really nice hotel! It was clean despite the fact that they had just started construction on a section of the hotel but it never bothered us and they did a great job with keeping the dust out. Service was great and while we didn’t need anything or had any issues I’m sure they would’ve been on it had we needed anything. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast is your typical breakfast at most of these hotels but it does save you from having to plan an extra meal into your day. Overall recommend it!!
