Fragrant Mushroom

Stopped on a whim on our way camping, and bought a couple of mugs. Beautiful pieces, and at amazing prices. REAL functional art. We look forward to stopping in again. If you are near Sparta TN, put this spot on your list.

Absolute favorite pottery shop! I come here and get at least one mug/bowl every year when I’m in town visiting family. I prefer the mug style they made about 5 years ago, it was perfect for hugging my coffee when it’s cold outside. Now they’re flatter on the bottom and too wide at the top. The bowls/plates are amazing and really elevate the table scape. They moved locations, now they’re in the alley. Just follow the signage. I like how you can see them doing the work now, that’s cool.

I bought a pair of mugs a year ago. They are my favorite morning coffee mug, and I drink my “morning” coffee all day! Beautiful and not too heavy for my arthritic hands! ❤️❤️
