DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh - Cranberry

Great hotel and the reception was very welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious. The rooms were super warm, heat was turned up to 76. No option to bring the heating down, we had to turn it off and wait for the room to cool down. Pool was open and well maintained. Overall check in and out was easy. Good location a little away from the busy areas.

Stayed 2 nights for a wedding that was hosted at the hotel, everything was wonderful. Hotel is very clean, up to date, safe, well staffed, comfortable, all amenities were in good working order and well maintained. Kids loved the pool and sauna, really enjoyed the high end pool towels! They also got a kick out of the glass elevators that face the lobby! Very impressed by the banquet staff and Phillip especially. They covered everything for the rehearsal and wedding and made the process easy and stress free for the wedding party. Food was delicious and quantities correct, reader boards welcomed wedding attendees to various areas for events, staff at the bar in the lobby were patient and kind with odd requests. The service we experienced was outstanding and their staff should be very proud to execute such a large and important event flawlessly.

Myself and 5 other guys had to stay at the hotel that the company put us up in. Everyone at the hotel was great. However Crystal had handled the bar on Sunday like a pro. She normally works the restaurant in the mornings. She was not upset at all. We all had to be there because of the weather and a stay in order was in place. We think that Crystal represents the face of Double Tree Hotel in Mars ,PA. She was great and we think she should be recognized for it. Great job Crystal.
