Calaveras Mexican Bar & Grill

We stopped here on a whim and bc the parking lot is always full. We are so HAPPY that we did! Best Mexican food in Youngstown, hands down, no competition. I wish I took photos but we dug in as soon as the food hit the table! We ordered the guacamole and queso as an appetizer. For dinner I had the chicken fajitas and he had the super burrito and he added nacho cheese on top. So good!

I just stopped in after being on the road all day. Got a simple grilled chicken quesadilla and was blown away. Outstanding food. Molly was my server and she was very friendly. I cant recommend this Mexican restaurant enough, fantastic all the way around!

10/10 experience. Food is delicious; cheap for 2025 standards , and service is great. 4 entrees + 2 sides for 50$ and it’s all HUGE& DELICIOUS portions. Cannot recommend enough. Also love that the vegetarian options offer FRESH produce !!!
