Submit your artwork & campaign assets
Email your files directly to info@usguestservices.net. We accept attachments up to 25 MB. For larger packages, include a Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer link.
Recommended formats
- • Vector: AI, EPS, or SVG (preferred for logos and line art)
- • High-res raster: PNG or JPG at 300 dpi for print placements
- • Copy deck: Google Doc, Word, or simple email bullet points
Creative checklist
- High-resolution logo (PNG, SVG, or EPS)
- Any brand photography you would like featured
- Primary headlines, taglines, or key offers
- Call-to-action details (website, booking link, or phone number)
- Preferred color palette or brand style guide (optional)

Proof & approval
You receive a print-ready and digital proof to approve or tweak before we go live.
Launch
Once approved, your listing is activated across the What’s Around Town network and queued for guest directories.

Let us know which plan you selected during onboarding and we'll email over the exact specs for quarter, half, or full-page placements, along with digital preview mockups.
Turnaround expectations
Most campaigns move from asset handoff to approved proof in three to five business days. Tight deadline? Flag your target launch date in the email and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Proofing best practices
- • Review every proof on desktop and mobile for accurate color and clarity.
- • Provide consolidated feedback so our design team can turn updates quickly.
- • Final approval is required before we print or publish.
